Memory Leak Issue Solved?

I got this third party software called Cleanmem. This software basically gets rid of any thing not used so it's just used to clear cache and ram. So I played so far on only custom with my friends (Yasuo OG) and now I have no more memory leak issue and can play more than 30 fps I can now play up to uncapped but didn't play online with other people so I am not sure if I will get banned because Cleanmem is accessing the LeagueClient.exe and do its thing. Many people who play GTA V Online and use Cleanmem got banned so I'm not sure if this application is safe to run on League.

EDIT: Your Safe just tried online match with Cleanmem running in background both Memory Leak Issue and Frame Per Second were excellent ran game for 60 fps no memory leak issue and I'll try to test how good a 4 GB ram is by playing with the next fps which I believe is 90 not sure but will try and reply soon.Leave a like or comment how Cleanmem helped you achieve more power from your computer.
