There should be a "typing" indication in private chat

A buddy of mine and I were chatting and thought about how nice that would be, to see that the other person is typing, like in iMessages or in the ancient AOL world - That was always nice! Small thing that could be added that would be a nice little tweak to the out-of-game interface.
