Will party rewards be extended like they said they would ?

Is the party rewards going to be extended? I just bought IP boosts to go with the 450% party rewards however for some reason the party rewards has not been extended like the dynamic cue down time post says post says. Can a Rioter clear this up please.

It should be at some point. No one from Riot has said when though.

Also IP Boosts are a flat amount based on the queue type and the 450% bonus won't increase them at all. The 450% bonus only increases the base amount of IP gained for completing the game.
