Permantently suspended for using "third party programs"???

It's most likely that Riot banned the account for having been in X percentage of games that scripts or drop hacks occurred and the system bans on rate of occurrence because it cannot specify who is doing it in a particular game. However, while they may not change the ban they should at least be able to officially state that the game cannot access your computer and if hacks are used in enough games that you play, you will be banned. That way people can at least realize that they will risk being banned if they play in an elo that chronically has drop hacks/scripting regardless of their behavior. I know I would stop playing ranked if I was high enough elo for that to be a concern.

There may not be a way to fix it, and from what I can tell from their past behavior you're probably screwed, because while there are a lot of awesome people who work at riot any company that gets large enough tends to get bogged down in bureaucracy and have a 50% rate of decent at best. You just happened to get caught in he 50% of douche rules and regulations that come w/ being a large enough company to not have as much leeway with issues that would become chronic problems given the size of the player base. Essentially at some point any large organization hits a place where the problem of not hitting issues w/ a broad hammer impacts so may people in a moderately frustrating way, that you'll lose more money from not dealing w/ the frustration of the large group, than you do by completely screwing a small group that will experience extreme frustration getting caught by too broad a policy w/ little to no room for flexibility. Sorry man, up vote for sympathy, but I doubt rito will care bc it just isn't worth it to their bottom line.

Detecting of bots/hacks/third-party software is not hard. As well as detecting whether or not those detections are legit.

Chances are you used a hack and they caught you.

The 2 main reasons I believe you :

Financial commitment: One needs to be pretty childish to spend so much money on an account and than to gamble the account with scripting.

Your smurf not being banned: I assume u play ur multiple accounts from the same machine and same install folder.

I really doubt that they have a way to detect scripting anytime the system wants. I think they can detect changes in files while patching. The system scans the files and its possible to create a log file that it sends back to Riot system flagging if it found anything wrong. Also they most probably are checking game logs and request to the server during gameplay; (still blind guesswork here) but a replay software might have done u for this one. Im just trying to help you to narrow down the possibilities. Hope someone at @Riot decides to check again your case.

Ultrapanam even said perma-bans are reviewed by a human representative. What motivation does Riot have to ban your account if you did not actually cheat? I feel like from their perspective, it is in their best interest to practice scrutiny when reviewing this sort of thing.

Also, why would you transfer to other regions if you know that there is a lot of drop-hacking/scripting going on? It just seems suspicious.

If they let you go, then they have to let everyone who scripted and hacked go too. They alerted the system and got banned just like you. If you didn't do anything wrong, but all the evidence you have comes from yourself, Riot can't really trust you. I'm not saying you hacked or anything, just saying you need some full, legit proof. Also, if you want to "get out of jail," it would be best if you didn't curse.

The odds of this being legit are low (the LyteSmites on the old boards were like Christmas morning, except they happened like twice a week) but if Riot is so sure this guy was hacking, telling him which hack he used should not reveal anything.

Or maybe they did. We'll never know.

I've learned many years ago that Turks are THE worst thing you can run into in any multiplayer game.

1. They abuse every exploit and hack possible.
2. They are the biggest toxic waste in the internet.
3. They are the biggest crybabies that will spam "noob" everytime you do something thay don't even slightly like and will try to get you kicked/banned if the game allows it.

Guess you learned that the hard way.

As to the issue, I can imagine how this system works and I feel for you.

Sadly, this is a thing with every punishment system Riot rolled out in the past 2 years and they will blindly defend them as if they were infallible and the pinnacle of penal system evolution.

So despite that you admit you may have exploited a bug, or played with hackers you dont know why you were ban?

If reason one is true, and it was an exploit you use to your advantage despite the fact you dont do it anymore doesnt negate you from punishment. Granted if it wasnt true, its still seems stupid to do since it would probably trick the server into thinking you are up to something. But even with that your second reason is enough for a permaban. In the ToS it states that you dont even need to be the person using hacks to get punished, if you are shown too often playing with the same people using hacks, or exploiting bugs/glitches that warrants a ban since what you are saying while being with them is that you are ok with using hacks despite the fact that you yourself isnt using it.

All in all while i do like that that type of response from riot. They could have helped you a lot better. they have their system in place and from what i see its been working especially when dealing with hackers. Granted there can be mishaps, but those are far and few.

What are drophacks and scripts? im new to league and have never heard of these. thanks

Stopped reading at 1 if your intentionaly trying to get a bug like typing pause or w/e you should not be banned its only human nature to try and atleast see if its true i can hardly blaim you for abusing it (having fun with it) if it works

installing and using scripts seems leggitly cheating but if you notice zed has a bug to instakill people woth botrk or w/e its up 2 riot to fix it

They'll never show logs because the people running cheats would use the logs to beat their anti-cheats.

I have no way of knowing who's right, but I do know that there's roughly a 0% chance they'll reconsider.

So what you're essentially saying is that Riot does not have any evidence to prove you've used hacks. But do YOU have any evidence to prove them wrong? I want to believe you, but so far your only argument is "I didn't do it".

I saw another post like this, it actually makes me feel so bad for you. It worries me that if i ever do good or go on a win streak then i will be banned for hacks/scripting.

Its not that they can't prove it, it's that they WON'T prove it to you so that you have no idea how they detected your HACK, and yes you were hacking and more than likely someone like me realized you were and reported you for it, infact probably lots of people did, which was probably only PART of the case against you. If you play the same way and the same champs on your smurf than just level that account up i don't see what the big deal is, unless of course you cheated your way into higher elo and want to reap the rewards from your cheating. Grow up, stop cheating, stop trying to bullshit your way through life. Here's an idea, instead of cheating, actually get good at the game.
