The LP losses are irrelevant, at the end of the day your hidden MMR determines your tier. The real cost is the dodge timer, so I do agree that it's annoying when the system won't auto-lock in, especially if the timer is bugged.

I mean they could at least auto-lock in when you've hovered something. I could understand an auto-dodge if your champ was still on the "pick intention" champ.
