An idea on how to deal with toxic people

There's no doubt that league is full of toxic people and feeders, that just make matches less fun game. I started thinking about it and I came up with an idea that could work in theory. Instead of getting rid of all the toxic people, why not herd them? There could be a system where if a person is reported, they should be evaluated, their past few matches should be checked to see if they are constantly toxic. Once confirmed they would only be put into ques with other toxic players. This would allow them to be with their own kind and they won't be able to bother the rest of the community.

There could also be a redemption system, where if they have proven to not be toxic for a long time then they can be in a normal Que again. But if they have been confirmed to be toxic again, then they should be permanently in toxic ques.

If anyone has any other ideas please share and post. I encourage you to send your thoughts out to riot. We have to take the initiative and let riot know what we have to say.

It wouldn't really solve the problem. Then what about people wrongfully accused of being toxic? What about people who try to reform? If they are always stuck with toxic people how exactly do you go out? I'm going to assume reports don't mean anything in those queue, and I doubt honors would count as well. So would it be that the only way to get out of something like this to make a new account? If that's the case then anyone will just make a new account the moment they get placed in this type of queue!

riot has said they are against this type of prisoner island punishment.

instead they believe they can change people's personalities with some chat restrictions and 2 week bans. lol.
