Games are to short
95% of games are decided at 4 minutes. If your ahead you win then they have to suffer for 15 minutes and wait for ff. The game is way tooo much snowball increased death timers ect

Not true at all. The reason you are losing those games is because other team gets first blood, then you tilt, then give up entirely. I never surrender in ranked or normals. I always play it out and sometimes we do come back if the other team makes a mistake. I've been behind almost 2k gold, and we won because of a mistake the other team made at baron. All you need to do is not to make the same mistakes and play safer if you give first blood, its that easy.
