[Bug] Mordekaiser gets stealth screen tint from Teemo ghost

I didn't see this anywhere and didn't know where to put it, so I put it here. I was playing Morde #1 in ARAM the other day, ult'd a Teemo and got the ghost. When the ghost idled and triggered Teemo passive, my screen got the "you're stealthed" tint that was recently implemented.
