Suggestion: Speed up Bans\Champ select

I think that the whole champ select\ban process takes WAY too long. The worst thing is spending 10 minutes doing this, to have someone dodge.... repeatedly. I want to be playing and this wastes time.

I see a lot of people taking the full time or close to it during bans\select. While I, and many others know that there's a search box that makes this easy, I still think a lot of people are searching for the champ by visually finding it on the list.

I Realize that reducing the time between picks isn't really a feasible thing, I understand that communication happens behind the lines. But you can speed it up when a person knows what they're looking for.

I'm guessing that many people ban\pick the same champs or mostly the same champs in almost every match. Why not put a few champs in a "frequently banned\picked" or "Your popular bans\picks" area? I don't think this would need to take up a lot of screen real estate, but I bet it would speed the whole process up quite a bit.
