So I was playing in a full lobby with some friends. Half way through the game, my laptop crashed. I was out for a bit then we lost. None of my friends reported me. 20 minute leaverbuster. This is what caused me to quit league before. Why would the implement such a bad unpolished system into the most popular game in the world?
The laptop crashing is not RIOTS responsibility. It is YOURS.

I smell an idiot. This system is garbage. My friends were ok with my computer crashing, so why should i get a leaverbuster if they are ok with it?
If you got a 20 minute Leaverbuster ban then you've been doing it often enough to get flagged so yes it is your problem not riot's since most of the community never even gets hit by it let alone knows of it's existence. You need to figure out what is causing you on your end to dc/afk/crash and fix it so that you don't keep getting nailed by a system built to catch people who either won't fix their issue or don't care.
