Account suspended randomly without any reason whatsoever.

Just recently, after watching YouTube I decided to play lol, what happened as when I tried to log on I was told that my account has been suspended until march 2nd. I received absolutely no reason whatsoever, I was chat banned recently but that was my bad and it was my first offense. It didn't say when I logged in that I was suspended for whatever reason. Legitimately was told nothing and I have no clue why. I would like a decent explanation for why and how seeing as how this is for no reason. It isn't fair getting randomly suspended for about a month and receive no reason whatsoever to why this it happened. The weirdest part is I received an email about it from, "[email protected]" Which seems like a incredibly odd name for an email about a ban. Still didn't say why I was banned.
