Account suspended randomly without any reason whatsoever.

Just recently, after watching YouTube I decided to play lol, what happened as when I tried to log on I was told that my account has been suspended until march 2nd. I received absolutely no reason whatsoever, I was chat banned recently but that was my bad and it was my first offense. It didn't say when I logged in that I was suspended for whatever reason. Legitimately was told nothing and I have no clue why. I would like a decent explanation for why and how seeing as how this is for no reason. It isn't fair getting randomly suspended for about a month and receive no reason whatsoever to why this it happened. The weirdest part is I received an email about it from, "[email protected]" Which seems like a incredibly odd name for an email about a ban. Still didn't say why I was banned.

noreply@ is probably the most generic email address you'd have for every company.

I wouldn't know really. This is the first major problem from about a game that decided to go to the boards with it.

This issue isn't meant for the boards. Open a support ticket, you'll most likely be ignored here. https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us You'll receive a generic automated reply 1-3 times then you'll get a human.

Problem is i've had this problem with riot before on another account. I tried doing the support ticket, but all they said was "Send a recovery ticket" And I sent one about two months ago and never got a reply or anything remotely helpfull. Thats why I decided to bring this problem to the boards.

I sent multiple tickets asking why, about 5 and nothing but generic responses, or I just get nothing.
