My experience with riot support (ticket sending) pls read this will help you in panic

One day I decided to buy 50 dollar prepaid card for the new projects skins. But during the process of scratching I realizes that some letters came off. Man I was panicking. I tried so many combos, eventually got a 24hr retry cool down. Losing 50 dollar for a teenager is somewhat a big deal.

Then next thing I went to is riot support. At first I send a ticket, I was panicking so I "bumped" which is worst idea ever. A day later I even tried sending mutipple tickets. Which is pointless because it will just push the ticket que further back.

4 days later I got help almost instantly, probably would of been faster if i didn't bump or resend tickets

MY POINT IS, DO NOT BUMP OR SEND MORE THEN 1 TICKET THEY WILL ACTUALLY HELP YOU IN LESS THEN 2 DAYS PROBABLY. THEY SAVED MY 50 DOLLARS
