G5 to G1 in one day, possibilities of going straight to Plat?

Hello everyone, I currently finished Day 4 of Unranked to Diamond ADC (Regardless of role) series and I literally went from G5 to G1 all in one day. I was wondering what the possibilities are of skipping Plat 5 and going straight to 4 if I just keep constantly winning.
