Does anyone know when the next summoner name cleanup will be !?

Hey guys I've only been playing since this summer so I'm not quite sure about when they do the summoner name cleanup.

There is a name I have my eye on and the person is level 6, they haven't been on in a year , but I thought the name was available after 6 months.

If you guys have any idea just let me know, thanks! :)
