Probably just by playing during that season.

If it's the same as your icon that you are using currently then it's the icon you get from playing nemesis draft without leaving the game/disconnect

That's from playing at least 1 game of nemesis draft without dodging at all. I have it also.

Oh I see... I haven't played LoL in 2 weeks and I don't remember getting that icon. It must be from the delay of getting it while nemesis draft was still there.
