Queue Dodging Penalty

I understand the reasoning behind the Queue Dodging Penalty Riot, and in some cases it is jusified, but really, There shouldn't be a penalty for dodging (I'm not even talking about ranked, even normals.) There are a million reasons I can see to dodge, and I don't even utilize dodging that much. For example: You have a troll, your team autolocks an entire team of squishies, hell, you have to leave suddenly and you don't want to get reported for afking. There are more good reasons to leave a queue than to stay in a bad one. So I understand a small penalty, like the 5 minute one, but there shouldn't be an increased penalty for repeatedly dodging because there is a need for it in some situations. I'm just tired of having people pick idiotic things (I don't even care about meta either (aka normal champs in the wrong "role"), if someone wants to run Annie toplane, I vote to let them, but not when we have an ap mid, ap jungler, ap support, etc already.) Anyhow, I'm done venting about the queue penalty. It's not that big of a deal but I figured I'd share my two cents.

Inb4 the fact that this could be easily exploited repeatedly by anyone that didn't get the roll they want.

Inb4 this could easily be exploited by anyone that just wanted to force people to queue repeatedly to troll.

Inb4 there needs to be a dodge penalty to keep the game flow happening or else no game will ever start from people complaining about bans, picks, roles, hell even summoner spells.

...Guess I didn't make it before someone pointed all that out.

I agree that dodging when you have trolls is absolutely normal, however if u continuously dodge because you keep getting that troll. Riot puts that penalty to not only protect the other players from spamming dodge and not allowing them to get into games, but also protects you. Imagine if you wait for 5 min (I think), chances are that you won't see that troll again and that you are safe. But yeh the dodge penalty for ranked has to be removed, too many trolls have ruined my promos.

@SomeLamePun, I completely understand that, and I may or may not have misspoken. I don't want the dodge penalty COMPLETELY removed, I just think it's ridiculous that you get punished even more if it happens more than once in a row.

I agree there should be a type of report button in queue that allows you to dodge and report trolls or there should be a team builder for ranked so you can play the position you want and not troll.
