I got an S+ on Yasuo. Went 33/7/5 with 276 cs, and a double pentakill. How come even though I got an S+ and have two chests available, I didn't get a hextech chest?????

Most likely you already have S on that champ. The other thing is that if you played with a premade Yasuo and he got his first S rank you would have gotten a chest and then be unable to earn one on the champ yourself.
you can only earn one chest per champion, so if you earned it for yasuo before, you wouldn't this time.
