Consequences for disconnecting in-game are too high.

Title. So my friend disconnected from the game due to his network cutting out. He was back within 4 mins. Now we have to wait 20 mins to queue together for 5 games. That is literally ridiculous. I can understand if people just do that consistently, but really one time. Too harsh atleast have a time limit thing where if they are gone for a certain amount of time that is reasonable and not 4 minutes.. have them be dealt with.

So entirely, and completely frustrated with this.
