I played 3 ranked games when I qued for normals??

I purposely avoid ranked games at the start of the season. However I play normal draft, this new shitty client had me play ranked games when i didn't q for them. So i played 3 games trying new champs and rolls and they were ranked. If i would have q for ranked I would have played my mains. Not raka and gragas jungle and a ashe adc game. I am so mad. Sent in a ticket and Riot just said go to the forums..blah blah blah this new client is so buggy I hate it. Has this happened to anyone else and NO i didn't accidentally q.
