Please make it so you can drag the client while mastery page is open.... like really..

I was looking at a guide for a champ I'm trying and dragged the client over so I could make a mastery page. Then I couldn't close the mastery page because the exit button was off my screen. Then I had to restart the client because you can't drag the client while mastery page is open for some reason.. it's 100% pointless.
