Hextech Re-rolling is rigged
When i was re-rolling I re-rolled one legendary skin and two epic skins and got a normal skin that was crap i mean like if u re-rolling good skins u should end up with a great skin just my opinion.

It's a gambling system, it's all random, that's like saying that if you spend a lot of money in a casino, you get tons of money in return...
