Skins transaction

Let's keep it simple. It would be so cool to be able to exchange skins, I have a lot of them(34 in total), and many I would like to exchange.

For some psychological block, I do not ever buy another skin for a champion that already have one.

So, if the existent skin had some value, even a diminished one I will probable spend some more bucks on Riot...
