Can you see what we whisper to friends in game +_+ or is it just the games chat logs. I tend to vent my toxicity to my teammates to my friend by typing /w or /r and its, really really mean stuff.

If the person your ranting about doesn't see it, there's nothing to report you for, so why would it matter even if Rioto does see it? =P I do my #ranting on skype/vent/curse so there's no log of it regardless. Also, it's much more fun to yell ****!!! than type it anyways. lol
Just change ur language to show up in Arabic in game, that way when you type it shows up as boxes instead of letters so you cant vent all you want and your team mates won't report you for typing boxes and even if they did it means nothing.
