Greater account security

i recently posted in a ticket an idea. That idea was that "if you log in from a different ip you will be asked for a code, which will be sent to your e-mail address. to change your email address you should answer a secret question." i think this will stop people from draining the rp from other accounts. This is the same idea that Steam has implemented so in no way am i saying this is my idea. im saying that seeming how popular league is; it should have some sort of security like this to feel more at ease for both the rioters and customers. Nothing is worse then having idle rp in your account and someone from Arizona taking it from you. ( i said Arizona as a randome state, it is state and not province right?)

I don't think it's necessary. LoL already has triple protection by making your account login different than your email and your summoner name is what is shown to the public. What people need to do is stop giving up their email and account name.

I play in four different locations, all use different ISP's... I don't want this hassle every time I decide to pull out my laptop and play a game.

It has been a while since I last logged on Steam, but as far as I remember, their system is based a list of devices, not ISPs, so the same feature in LoL would be nice. Anyway, if someone is capable of log into your account without knowing your account info, then the game has a serious security flaw...
