kayn is to weak for a assassin

I think kayn is a great champ but I really think that for him to be an assassin he really don't do any damage with or with damage items. I think he needs to be reworked with his Q doing more damage plus fixing the bug with getting damage items but they don't help. its not going to be over powering just help him be what he was post to be instead of making him so cool but cant carry anything
