banned from chat
I like how i get banned from chat for no reason whatsoever and don't even get told about it until after my first chat banned game... thanks rito.... a little heads up would be nice and some reason as to why...

You'll get an email as well as the pop-up the next time you log in to the client.

Instant Feedback punishments happen within 15 minutes of the triggering report, so my guess is that you had already started a game by the time it was able to verify enough of the reports and give the punishment.
If you reload your client I believe you should be presented with the reform card that contains some of the chat logs that contributed to the punishment. This should also be emailed to you.
If you have not received an email, make sure riotgames is whitelisted and not in the spam folder, and that your email is verified with the account (click your name on the top right here, go to Settings).
If you have questions about the punishment or simply still haven't received the email, please submit a Support Ticket.
