Riot tell me why ive been waiting 20 minutes to get into a goddamn game

ive sat here for 20 minutes wasting my life waiting to get into a game is this the shitt that was supposed to replace team builder? wtf riot this new system is trash please revert, ive seen nothing but complaints ever since this draft came out, its not working, it takes an average of 10 minutes for anyone to get into a game due to the long que times plus 40(or 30 i dont really remember) seconds for six people to ban, 40 seconds to everyone to turn base pick their champions plus loading screen, who thought this was a good idea??
