An action mmo with LoL's character mechanics but is also a grindfest/is open world

I'm looking at path of exile and diablo 3 but I'm not looking for a spam fest, but something that doesn't require only skill but also resource management and tactics. I'm thinking along the lines of grinding with a champion like Kalista or Yasuo (from league of legends) in a world like that of diablo 3's or path of exile.

Are there any of those out there?
