AFK's & Feeders - Needed Salvation

So, after having 3 games in a row with 1 feeder in them and 2 afk's I've decided to make a post on why and how people get away with this all the time, and how im never rewarded for having fantastic teammates that really want to play the game to have fun and be good at it. Im sick and tired of having to keep climbing and de-climb due to these kinds of people. Its almost wanting to make me quit because i can't find fun in the game anymore. I can't find any salvation that makes this game fun again for me. And this is included in any game-mode, ranked or just casual. The game gets ruined by these kinds of people. If anyone has tips or general comforting to my issue and mental state because of this (I really dont want to become toxic again from this same sort of thing, since i've moved on from it).
