DirectX vs dual AMD video cards

OK so I've been having this problem for about a month. It started with an update, more specifically when they made the new launcher go from beta to actuality. I have read every thread and done all sorts of stuff just in an attempt to play this game.

First, re-downloaded all of my video drivers.

Second, did full repair.

Third, acquired help from an employee at riot via the support line.

Fourth, updated my java and adobe, started working until i reset my computer.

Fifth, uninstalled and reinstalled every single driver on my computer involving game play features.

Sixth, Went online to find tips and tricks through the discussion boards and found nothing.

Seventh, upon inspecting my game files i realized that apparently i have different files then everyone else, but when i run the repair or show my files to an employee they act as if they are normal and change nothing.

Eighth, did full uninstall of game and all its features, followed by full reinstall.

Ninth, attempted to activate a new ticket for support which has been ignored for the last 48 hours with no responses.

Tenth, started to find that when i enter device manager under Display Adapters, i have two options which are: "AMD Radeon R7 Graphics+ R7 200 Graphics" and "AMD Radeon(TM) R7 Graphics" , the problem will go away if i have only one connected but there is not enough power to run the game off only one. Since I've been running the game off of both since SEASON 2!!!! i don't see why it would be a problem now, but i assume it is that they somewhere in development forgot to include computers with more than one Display Adapter.

So, all i have left to ask is, anyone got a clue on this one because as a said before they, for some reason, wont acknowledge my ticket. (could be the holiday or that they hate seeing my summoner name by now...
