WHEN WILL TWITCH GET A NEW SKIN???????????????

It's been over a year since Twitch got a new skin, The last was SSW Twitch which really doesn't count. He got pickpocket in November 2014? Does riot hate twitch? Why doesn't he get any love? I think its garbage that quinn and lucian get heartseeker skins but twitch doesn't get anything. He doesn't even have a cool particle skin. Show the plague rat some love, He has got the 9th highest playrate according to op.gg. Where are the skins riot?
