Multiple accounts for a club allowed?

Searched and couldn't find anything on here answering this so quick question: I know multiple accounts are allowed, but can I have multiple accounts for the sole purpose of having enough people in a club to get the club tag?

It doesn't affect gameplay or anything so I don't see why Riot would care

I did it, but then I deleted it because I don't like tags.. xD
