Diana bug
I have been having problems with Diana where I would ult someone who has my q on them but my ult wouldn't refresh.

Video? Note that if the mark from Q wears off while you are still moving to them with your ult it won't refresh--it checks for the mark & refreshes when you hit the target, not when you start casting the ult. One consequence of this is you can Q->R without waiting for Q to hit them, and you will still reset when you arrive.
