Can there be an option for a self imposed chat restriction in game?

I actually like the chat restriction. I can say what i need to to stupid ass people about how bad they are, and then i dont rage as much

Except i'd like a few more chats. Can the self imposed restriction be a chat every 2 minutes or something?

sometimes i want to say "no smite" or something important to the game but i can't :(

Just don't type unless you have to. Send them a support ticket if you don't want to do that.
