Hey guys! My name is Fantom, and I'm starting to stream Live on twitch.tv! I am running on a Mac and was wondering if anyone else that constantly streams is running on a mac and using Adobe FlashMediaLiveEncoder who can help me get a good quality stream going that won't lag my game that much either!

I have just started streaming. I was getting alot of in game lag and had difficulties but after lowing all of my in game quality to low i am around 45-50 fps, this works okay. I am using OBS and Soundflower. the audio and video seem to work well. ive gotten the hang of it. HOWEVER, i only stream league and i am having trouble with streaming IN GAME content. i am not able to switch seamlessly from the client to the IN GAME and i tried downloading Smart Switcher and scenesw but i cant figure it out. any help is appreciated.
