[Bug] Lucian Q sound

I've recently experienced a bug (and I've noticed it from others' points of view as well) where you can sometimes hear the sound for an enemy Lucian's piercing light while he is in the fog of war. Whether this is random or coincides with him actually using the ability is unknown. I've witnessed this at least 4 times now.
