Returning Championship Skins

I have a question for a Riot employee or for anyone who knows an answer, when you release Championship Kalista, will you re-release Championship Thresh as well? I am interested in purchasing the Championship Thresh skin and I would like to know if it will be released so I can purchase some RP before the release. Thank you.
