Hextech Bug?
I just redeemed a perm Slay Belle Katarina. But it wont show up in my skins???it even said "unlocked perm"

Same thing happened to me. Unlocked Omega Squad Teemo and 150 shards. The shards showed, but the skin isn't anywhere to be found under any of the tabs or on the champion. Huge bummer. Happened 3/16 around 3pm est~
