Help riot pls

I went to go buy a 25$ RP at my local gas station and when I got back with the RP card I scratched it to hard and the numbers came off I tried to go back and get a new one but the gas station owner said i would have to contact ''Riot''Hopefully I can get my moneys worth riot pls send feed back and on the card there's some other numbers but I dont know what their used for pls help. :(

You might want to submit a ticket here. Also, the "Ideas and Feedback" forum is not the best place to ask for help.
