League Forum CMs

Do we have any, and if not, would it be advantageous to actually have them? Some one from Riot that could keep the players up to date with what the rest of the respective teams are doing, like having one for new champs, one to address balance (rip whoever has this job), and one to deal with narrative. Kinda gets tiring to sit in radio silence when a lot of similar posts crop up and only on occasion does a non-related Rioter (Thanks Bio.) pop up to converse with folks coughlorecough.
