force update during games
anyway to somehow turn this off? sometimes my computer randomly shuts down to do a force restart

set your pc to do updates like when you arent on it 4am on Wednesdays and you can see on the right hand corner of your pc ( the icon tray ) if your pc is downloading an up date
oh it gives you warnings too if you click ignore you can click for it to restart 1 hr 2 hrs or 4 hrs from that point
sounds like you need to learn to control your pc and not let it control you
