Ranked Team Builder Solution

Why not just have it to where you pick a role, the system then matches 5 different roles together and puts you in the normal pick and ban lobby. Everyone already has the role they want with no fighting. This would lead to a lot less frustration and most likely less dodging and rage quitting.
