Is it just me or i have the feeling that people abuse the report system

i got reported by 4 people for going 9/9 on amumu....
wasnt because i was amumu...was because i built an abysmal sceptre

Players do occasionally report falsely. It happens.
Players who do so regularly have their report weight lowered, so they are less able to impact the players they report and whether or not a case is built against them. They aren't informed about this.
Players who do so enough not only have their report weight reduced to zero, but they can - and have - received bans for it.
All-in-all, the system is such that while false reports may happen, abuse of the report system should not affect other players in any way that valid reports would not. It is, I feel, a pretty clever bit of design.
This is what you do!! reading all LOL players!!! "STOP GIVING RIOT GAMES REAL MONEY UNTIL THEY GET RID OF REPORT SYSTEM" simple!!!! Talking shit online is never going to go away...everyone is in the game wanting to win and talking shit is the best way to DISTRESS so FUCK RIOT and stop giving them real money!!! because their REPORT SYSTEM is a total FAILURE!!!
a lot of people report because someone didnt do what they say, or getting wrong items . see a lot of duo people report teammates and do that every game. why can't we just blacklist people and they will never play with us in ranked or at least in low ranked games
I got reported by 4 ppl cause they were all together and I got chat restricted some told me to kms but I got in trouble makes me seem like riot supports suicide cause this isn't the first time this has happen riot fix your report system cause I'm being punished for other ppl ganging up on me u should actually review your tribunal system instead of having it automatic please and thank you.

yep got reported because I wasn't playing that well on the newbie server.... got insulted in the chat and then reported at the end of the game as the guy was telling the entire team to report me for my bad playing (it's been 4 days since I first started playing LOL) ...
A lot of people just report every game and it's really annoying. I get a warning every 3 games or so because of trolls.
