matchmaking...
wtf is this matchmaking. If I am gold 1, I should be playing against low plat, not high plat+diamond. It would be fine if my teammates were high plat, but no. I just wanted to hit plat before I leave T_T

Try having a winning record and constantly getting players on your team with losing records. I'd rather play someone ranked higher than have people on my team who are going to make it impossible to win.
As it has been since the revamped leagues, they are not what the matchmaking looks at. It is the MMR, as seen in that picture. Your teams (1815 MMR) vs Their teams (1839 MMR). Of course this is not real MMR and is purely determined by that third party site you are using. But in reality you have basically been playing above your rank you earned. Meaning that you are playing closer to platinum (which should be taken as a compliment).
When this happens, generally you earn more LP (and of course lower MMR = less LP). However this does not make any difference to series matches.
That said it shouldn't make any difference if you are gold playing vs platinum / diamond.

You're duo queued with a PV buddy, that doesn't help your situation.

im not the best but having to say .. dont go bot there is no vision... or dont use tp to go top all alone.. or hey adc dont go off alone ther is no vision... or hey drag in 1 min drag in 30 drag guys! drag drag n nobody responds n enemy takes drag .... every game is like im efn baby sitting, like im in preschool teaching them to spell their name... hey guys do u use quickcast,ugghhhhh yeah who doesnt, where do i change that ... come onnnnnnnn!!!!!!!
I used to think League had decent matchmaking. It was all lies. Been trying to play with some buddies and we've lost every game because it's a complete stomp of people new to pvp Vs Gold and Platinum veterans.
