I have Silver in ranked 5s, do I get the icon, border, and profile trim?
My ranked 5 team has placed in silver in this season. Will I get the personal tier rewards as if I placed in Silver in my own ranked games?

Yep your Summoner Icon will be different from solo Q or treeline ranked but essentially the same rewards also you can earn a ward skin in ranked teams but you have to earn toward it before you get it by the end of the season and I don't think you unlock it by being in a tier. http://www.surrenderat20.net/2014/10/2014-ranked-season-ends-on-november-11th.html ^ That is a list and images of stuff you'll earn on Nov. 11.
