When are you gonna do something with people who don't know how to play the game?

I was Recently playing a ranked game when i ran into a diana. So the game goes through champ select and everyone is happy, Like a normal game about 5 minutes the diana dies and says this: Diana: "I don't belong is bronze" Kog'maw: "Don't we all" Varus: "^" Its about 15 minutes in i check the scores diana is 0-3 by now and hovering 25 cs, Me: "why do you have 30 cs?" Diana: "fking morg counters me" Me: "why didn't you ban her than lol" Diana: " I didn't know she countered me" Diana: "muted idiot"

Okay?, I understand being countered in lane but 30 cs at the end of lane? She just ends up giving up and goes for the all boots build then proceeds to feed
