My name is Charles McNair, I'm 32 years old and I've been playing league for over 4 years. We just went through a terrible tragedy. We lost our house and everything we owned. Our garage caught fire, I immediately called 911. No one came! I sat with my 7 year old son and 12 year old daughter and we watched our house burn to the ground. Firefighters didnt show up for 30 minutes. We lost everything. I'm calling out for help from all my fellow players. I may not be the best at league or a pro but I love this game and our community. Anything would be grateful, I'm on Facebook or skype if anyone needs to contact me. Also my phone number is 8304334699, if anyone lives in the area of Seguin Texas and has any spare clothes or food anything would help at this moment. Please Share this , I don't care about anything for myself, I just want my kids to feel safe and secure. Thank you all.

I thought maybe some of my fellow friends and gamers on league might have some compassion, I've sent emails to everyone I can think of. Even to habitat for humanity. I'm trying everything, If millions of people can spend money on digital skins , I would'nt think a dollar from a few people would hurt. I'm not trying to make any money. I just want help getting back on my feet.

And I'd like to believe you. I really would. But in all honesty, I am not a 'people person' under the best of circumstances. I just can't see why someone would come to a game forum to ask for help. Considering you have access to the internet, there are literally 100s of better options out there. And even if you have nothing else, you should be spending time with your family. They need your support more than you need ours. I Garen tee it.

I'm am spending time with my family, All four of us are living in a 12 by 8 room in my moms trailer. I love my family more than anything in the world. I just need help. The govt gave us 800 dollars to buy ALL of us foood and clothes. What can you buy with 800 dollars nowadays. NOTHING. Thats the only help we got from the govt and they gave us a hotel for three days

contact a local LDS church and you will likely get loads of help (it's basically our unofficial full time job to help people, regardless of religion)

I just bought this house 2 years ago, My car broke down last year, I've been struggling to buy grocies for my kids , and I couldnt afford insurance. Its a messed up world when you have to support 4 people only making 25,000 a year....

Yes, like FIREDANCER2000 said, the LDS (Church of Jesus Christ of Ladder-Day Saints) Are great people, they are willing and love to help everyone, they will definitely help you get back on your feet and give you the food and shelter you need to survive. They also will help out with just about anything you need. Go to lds.org or just google for a LDS church in your area, trust me, they do and are more than willing to help you most of the time.

dude, there are better places than the game forums. most gamers wouldnt be willing to donate 2 cents. try salvation army and the red cross. there are also various different donation campasigns that would be more than willing to help u.

Don't be a fucking dick. Better to show a few kind words to a troll or baiter than to be callous to someone in genuine need of a kind word.

Spirits be with you and your family pard; dirt-broke myself and far, far from Texas so I fear said kind words are all I have to offer, but here's to a swift recovery from this tragedy for you and yours.

This man is 32 years old, his car broke down, he hasn't been able to support his family, and now he lost this house, and most of you have the audacity to be a bit of a jerk here? (not trying to be rude either) They have nothing at all anymore... So what if he came to a game forum? He's trying to get as much help as he can to help himself, along with his family get back on their feet. He really cares about League of Legends and it's community and he's just asking for help. I would of done the same. If you have any negative comments, please keep them to yourself. He kind of doesn't need any more negativity at the moment...

Any who, I would try to maybe make a Facebook page, as well as a Go Fund Me. (http://www.gofundme.com/) I did both of those when my mother got cancer twice. I would also post on Reddit, (Seeming as how people are mostly on there) Hmm, maybe you could even try Craigslist? Not sure if that would work or not, but hey, it wouldn't hurt to try, right? But Maybe you could go to a local church for help or a Homeless Shelter (If you have no other option here) Do you or your wife have family around? Please stop with the scams, You can drive to my house if you want..... It located 1365 Oak tree, Seguin Texas. It was in the front page of the newspaper. I'm not trying to scam ANYONE. Im only asking for a small amount of help to get my kids stuff for school, and get us a used vehicle. Imagine if everyone who saw this post JUST GAVE ME 1 DOLLAR!!! I would be so grateful. I love this game. I have spent at least 3 to 6 hours everyday for the past 4 years playing this game. Instead of going out the the bars or drinking I would play league and sit at my house with my family. League has made me a better person in all. Its principles apply to real life.
