You can check my runes here. I don't really use the attack damage runes much. For the ability power runes I usually play lux. I use the ad cdr runes for riven and fiora. And I plan to use the ad attack speed runes for most ad champions but mainly gnar when I get attack speed quints.
Is there anything I should change?
In your AP runes I would swap the armour over to flat Health. Personally I would run with 3 AP quints too but a movespeed one isn't bad if you prefer it.
Not super knowledgeable when it comes to AD rune pages so I am not the best to ask for that.
Rune pages 1 & 4 are the same, except no speed (I bet they were reserved for speed quints) no?
As for AP, why go with Move Spd quint? You can add AP quint, you'll get better speed & MPen from 
But that's just my opinion lol
