TRANSLATION IN LEAGUE OF LEGENDS

Hello! I just want to present an idea. So I recently joined the Japan PBE and I am english, so I can not read ANYTHING. Is there anyway RIOT can add some translator or a way to go on a different country but use your most comfortable language?

I believe the na client added a language changer . keep in mind however for the Japanese pbe is intended for Japanese players so say that you were able to get into a game while on a server in Japan would not be able to communicate with your team.
