Where do i report a scripter?

I just got out of a game and the jinx was spamming a studder step all game if i threw out a hook and she could see me one time there was no way it could miss and it just went threw her as she just wigged out on my screen. If anyone knows where to report them please let me know thank you.

I would say just report them but state that they might be scripting. Next time Ty to get screencap and videos of the incident!
